"Perpetually modest and unpretentious but supremely convenient and pleasant, the "Navi" is situated directly across from the Maine State Ferry terminal in downtown Rockland. Steps from the many restaurants and bars comprising downtown Rockland's main drag the rooms run from clean to slightly dated but for the dollar, a great deal. All the rooms face the sea and have a/c, balconies, mini refrigerators and cable tv. Soda, ice and snack machines on alternating levels. Elevator service. Complimentary continental breakfast. The whole place recently received a face lift and all the rooms and bathrooms were graced with badly needed upgrades."
